Each week we will look at how we can lead a more successful life – with work colleagues, with friends, with a partner or with children.  Areas we shall cover include self-awareness, rapport, communication, limiting beliefs, assertiveness and self confidence. The whole course will build to a rich experience that will enable you to be inspired, enthusiastic and more fulfilled.

About your Trainers

Phil Manington is a professional NLP coach and trainer, with over 30 years experience in UK businesses.  Phil currently offers training, workshops and one-to-one coaching for personal and business clients. 
Specialist areas include leadership skills, building self-confidence and self-esteem, and improving relationships.

Sue Staziker has been teaching and practising Yoga for over 30 years and is a qualified Satvik energy therapist. Inspired by Iyengar, Sivananda, Yogananda and Vanda Scaravelli she brings to her own practice and teaching wide variety of influences and styles.
Sue holds a British Wheel of Yoga diploma with a specialist interest in Pranayama (breath work). Teaching yoga to groups and individuals as an integrated system of self development including posture work, breathing exercises, voice work, visualisation, affirmation and meditation, Sue enables you to develop a personal practice which is varied, beneficial and fun.

What is NLP?

NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) explores how we think and feel and studies excellence in every walk of life.  As NLP develops, more and more techniques are produced that we can learn.  For example: building relationships, learning to spell better, getting rid of phobias, increasing confidence and reducing performance anxiety.

What is Yoga?

Yoga is an ancient multi-faceted discipline involving a variety of techniques to bring body, mind and spirit into harmony with each other.
