Are You Stressed?

Listed below are a number of symptoms and behaviours.  For each entry, consider whether this applies to you at the moment.  How often does this happen?  Mark each one either "frequently", "sometimes" or "rarely/never".

Symptom

feeling tired
headaches
muscle tension
upset stomach
difficulty sleeping
indigestion
pain in shoulders or neck
backache
losing weight
shortness of breath
change of appetite
sweaty palms
lacking energy
unexplained skin rashes
pounding heart or racing pulse
cold hands or feet

Behaviour

feeling irritable
feeling hostile towards others
talking quickly
feeling anxious
not feeling good about yourself
thinking about negative things
smoking or drinking more than usual
feeling helpless
not enjoying life
loss of concentration
feeling nervous
feeling restless
feeling you can't cope
finding it difficult to make decisions
fidgeting
feeling frustrated by things
